Some holiday apartments do not have to stand at 1,500 metres to be a mountain holiday. The Sonnseitn lies in the Inntal in Fritzens – at 580 metres, at the foot of the Karwendel, right between Innsbruck, Hall in Tirol and Schwaz. Inside, a tiled stove awaits the cold evenings, outside the large terrace awaits the warm ones. And in between: a day on which you climb the Hundskopf in the morning and sit in a café in Innsbruck's old town in the evening.

The Sonnseitn is a classic Tyrolean holiday apartment – rustically furnished, with wood details and the warmth that only a real tiled stove spreads. Fully equipped, without frills. For up to 3 people: a couple with a child, parents with a teenager, two friends with their mother, someone alone who needs space. Whoever lives here does not live in a hut – they live in the valley, in Tyrolean everyday life.

The centre of the apartment is the tiled stove – once fired up, it keeps things warm all evening. Around it: a cosy seating corner, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, crockery for three. The bedroom is classically Tyrolean – wooden bed, warm light. The additional sofa bed in the living area turns two people into three. Modern bathroom with shower, WiFi, TV, bed linen and towels included.

The large terrace is the second parlour. With the panorama of the Karwendelgebirge, the barbecue area for summer evenings and the first sun in the morning. Whoever drinks their coffee outside sees Innsbruck shimmering and the Karwendel peaks sharply drawn. Parking space right at the house. No dogs – whoever is travelling without a four-legged friend feels right at home here.
