„Calm down, relax and take it easy.“ The Slow Chalet „Calm“ is on the ground floor of a new chalet village in Neustift im Stubaital, at 995 metres, where the valley passes over into the Stubaier Alpen. 60 m² for four to six people, clear lines, warm wood, large windows – and your own garden right outside the door.
The highlight stands in the middle of the greenery: your own jacuzzi house in the garden, heated in winter as in summer. Coffee in the grass in the morning, warm water under the open sky in the evening – and in between a home in which you arrive immediately.
Inside: two en-suite bathrooms, open kitchen, music in the walls
Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with a rain shower, plus a WC with bidet. Living, cooking and eating take place in one large open room – the kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. A cross-sleeper sofa bed (140 × 200) offers space for one or two children. Lighting and entrance run via an app; satellite TV, WiFi and integrated loudspeakers are part of it.
Outside: jacuzzi in the garden and a spa for guests only
Outside, the garden with its own jacuzzi belongs to you. In the main building the 100 m² spa awaits – Finnish sauna, steam bath, cold plunge pool with infrared cabin, hay bed and relaxation room, for chalet guests only. A breakfast basket with regional products is included, dinner and massages on request. A private parking space, e-car charging station, ski room and a children's playground are directly at the building.
In the middle of the Stubaital – from the local mountain to the glacier
The Stubaital begins outside the door: hiking trails start right at the house, in winter the cross-country trail passes by. The Elferbahnen in the middle of Neustift are only 2 km away, the Stubaier Gletscher with guaranteed snow into spring 16 km, the Schlick 2000 ski area near Fulpmes 11 km. The village centre and supermarket are around 2 km away, Innsbruck airport 20 km.
