Chalet Austria – what you get with us

Renting a chalet in Austria means with us: three houses that we know. Two of them are in Neustift in the Stubai Valley, one at the Karwendel range in Tyrol. Not a chalet village with forty identical units, but three individual houses with different hosts.

Chalet in the Stubai Valley

Chalet Calm and Chalet Dream both stand in Neustift in the Stubai Valley. Chalet Dream is a design chalet with a whirlpool, Chalet Calm is the quieter counterpart. The Stubai Valley lies around 20 kilometres south-west of Innsbruck and is accessible in winter as in summer.

Chalet at the Karwendel

The Tiroler Huette at the Karwendel range is a chalet for exactly two people: 30 square metres at 890 metres, with a private open-air whirlpool and a Swiss stone pine double bed. It lies in the Silberregion Karwendel, around three kilometres from Terfens.

What distinguishes a chalet from a hut?

A chalet is as a rule larger, newer and more comfortably equipped than an original alpine hut. Both stand in the mountains, both are rented entirely for yourself. Anyone looking for the rustic character is better off with our alpine huts and mountain huts; anyone wanting comfort, with the chalet.

Chalet with a whirlpool in Tyrol

Two of our three chalets have a whirlpool: Chalet Dream in the Stubai Valley and the Tiroler Huette at the Karwendel. Across all types of accommodation, three of our houses are marked with a hot pot or whirlpool and eleven with a sauna.

Chalet for 2 people or for the group?

Our chalets are on the small side. The Tiroler Huette is expressly built for two people. Twelve of our places are marked as "for two". Anyone coming with more people will find room for up to ten at our holiday houses.
