A deer moving through the bushes. A stag trotting across the meadow. And: sunsets that are simply magnificent. The Landhaus Alpenrehblick stands on a sunny high plateau on the Vomperberg, in the middle of the Naturpark Karwendel – with the Inntal below and the Tuxer Alpen opposite. The name is not invented: whoever gets up early or sits quietly on the terrace really does see the game. Four bedrooms, a private sauna, a fenced garden in which the dog does not have to be on a lead either – space for the whole family, a small group of travellers or two couples who are friends. Generous enough for everyone to find their retreat, small enough that you find each other again.

Large holiday house in country-house style for 4 to 7 people

Four bedrooms in a thoughtful layout: two with a double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed and toys, plus a single room. The fully equipped kitchen-living room – with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots, cutlery – is large enough for shared cooking evenings. Heating is comfortable via central heating, so no obligation to handle wood and no preparing the fireplace. The private sauna awaits the evening, the cosy living room the film night, the fenced garden the dog, who is simply allowed to run free. WiFi is there, the parking space is right at the house.

Right on the panorama cross-country trail and on the climate hiking trail

From the Alpenrehblick you set off in winter 3 minutes on foot to the Vomperberg cross-country trail – an 8 km panoramic circuit that leads through snowy forests and sunny meadows, with an open view of the Karwendelgebirge. The illuminated Vomperberg toboggan run can also be reached in a few minutes, the Kolsassberg ski area 7.7 km away, the Kellerjoch with North Tyrol's longest toboggan run 12 km away. In summer the climate hiking trail begins right outside the door, the wildly romantic Vomperloch lies 3 km away, the Wolfsklamm Stans with the pilgrimage site St. Georgenberg within 8 km. If you want to go higher: Bärenkopf (1,942 m) 5 km away, Hochnissl (2,547 m) 7 km away, plus the ancient Waldhorbalm as an insider tip and the bathing lake Weißlahn for hot summer days.

Hut holiday on the Vomperberg – all year round

The Alpenrehblick can be booked all year round. In spring, when the first larks call over the meadows and the sheep are driven up again. In summer, when the garden becomes a second living room and the mountain bike routes become the daily routine. In autumn, when the larches burn golden and hours in the sauna with a view are part of the standard programme. In winter, when the first snow makes the world quieter and you return to the warm parlour after tobogganing down from the Vomperberg. Four seasons, one house – and in between the farm products from the Roanerhof to order: home-made sausages and Speck, cheese, eggs, regional and honest.
